We operate a dedicated telephone and email helpdesk during office hours. Our technicians can connect directly and securely to your servers to diagnose problems remotely, allowing the majority of telephone support calls to be resolved there and then.
We monitor all of your key servers and services remotely 24/7 with email and SMS alerts to notify our technicians at the first sign of a problem. We configure all services to notify us directly of any problems, including virus detections and hardware failures, so we always have our finger on the pulse.
Maintenance Inspections, Backups & Security Patches
We ensure all of your servers receive the latest security patches and updates, with scheduled downtime windows for maintenance and reboots. Our technicians personally inspect each server for issues, heading-off possible problems before they occur.
We take responsibility for your backups ensuring all of your business critical data is safe and secure. We perform regular restore tests to verify that your backups can be relied upon in a disaster situation and, if you have a tape-based system, will rotate tapes offsite for storage in our secure facility.
